Dear Customers,

Due to some unforeseen circumstances, we would like to inform you that the maintenance to migrate all services from the existing SIN-11 data center to our new state-of-the-art Iron Mountain data center (SIN-01) in Singapore that was planned for November 26, 2020, between 14:30 SGT (UTC+08:00) - 22:30 SGT (UTC+08:00), has been postponed. 

We will inform you later the new date and time for this maintenance.

Your experience when using our services is a top priority for us at SoftSys. As part of our commitment to continuously improving our offerings, we have decided to close our data center at Telstra data center. We will migrate all services from the existing Telstra data center to our new state-of-the-art Iron Mountain data center in Singapore.

WHEN CAN YOU EXPECT IT?

The expected maintenance window will be 8 hours during when your services will face a power interruption and will remain offline.


WHAT IS THE IMPACT ON YOUR SERVICE?
During this maintenance, underlying server hosting your virtual machine needs to be powered off. To help keep the interruption as minimal as possible, please shut down your server a few minutes before the maintenance starts, and perform a system check when it comes back online.

This maintenance will only affect your virtual machine hosted in HVSG6 host machine.

If you do not turn off your server(s), then before performing this maintenance, our engineers will do that for you.

After the maintenance, your server(s) will be online and ready to use again. Your IP will remain the same.

Please be assured that we will do our best to keep the downtime as minimal as possible. Our engineers will be available during and after the maintenance should any issues arise.
