we have implemented some workarounds and switch is back up. We will be monitoring closely and taking corrective actions if we see any symptoms of failing. Sorry for inconvenience caused but we will make sure that this works smoothly!
The issue has returned and connectivity to the switch was lost again . Our network engineers are working on it at the moment.
Connectivity has been restored to the switch. All services connected to the switch are now online.
We are currently facing issues with our network switch CSW5-106 . Our Network Engineers are currently working on this at the moment. We will further provide an update here once we have more details. All servers connected to this switch are currently offline.
