We are working on swapping the switch. All servers connected to the switch will be unreachable during this time.

In continuation with the below update,we will be replacing our switch CSW5-106 at Chicago datacenter. We have scheduled this in about 30 minutes.

we have implemented some workarounds and switch is back up. We will be monitoring closely and taking corrective actions if we see any symptoms of failing. Sorry for inconvenience caused but we will make sure that this works smoothly!
==================== Update 2 The issue has returned and connectivity to the switch was lost again . Our network engineers are working on it at the moment.
==================== Update 1 Connectivity has been restored to the switch. All services connected to the switch are now online.
