Maintenance: Update – Planned Work DC5 ACI
As part of our commitment to quality and continual improvement, we will be carrying out maintenance work on our ACI network switches in DC5. During this maintenance window we will upgrade the SSD firmware of ACI switches to mitigate a bug which has a small to chance to cause these switches to reboot at random.
When will the work be carried out?
The maintenance work will begin at 22:00 (GMT) on Monday, 19th February and last until 06:00 (GMT) on Tuesday, 20th February.
Who will complete the work?
Our experienced iomart network and infrastructure team will handle all the work.
Will I experience downtime?
As with any maintenance work, there is an increased risk to services. Customers should consider their services to be “at risk” for the entire duration of the maintenance window.
