Our dedicated servers do not come with a refund or money-back guarantee due to the significant manual effort involved in:

• Server assembly and racking

• Configuration and setup

Since dedicated servers require physical deployment and configuration, we cannot offer refunds once provisioning is complete. Additionally, any purchased licenses (Windows, SQL, Control Panel, etc.) are non-refundable.

VPS Hosting Refund Policy

We offer a 5-day money-back guarantee on our VPS hosting plans (both managed and unmanaged) in the following locations:

• USA: Denver, Chicago

• UK: London

• Asia: Singapore

Important: The 5-day money-back guarantee does not apply to:

• UAE-based servers

• AWS (Xen) VPS deployments

Additionally, any purchased licenses (Windows, SQL, Control Panel, etc.) are non-refundable.
