WebsitePanel operates on "allocation" rather than "usage" and hence it does not allow overselling resources. If you encounter an error while creating a hosting space, you will need to ensure that you have not allocated resources to child hosting spaces that are more than those allowed to your main reseller hosting space. In order to resolve this, you will need to tweak your existing child hosting plans or upgrade your base reseller plan to allow more resources.
