Softsys Hosting services must be used lawfully. Any transmission, storage, or display of prohibited content under U.S. federal, state, county, or city laws is strictly forbidden. This includes, but is not limited to:
Copyrighted materials without permission
Pirated software
Hacking or cracking-related sites/software
Warez materials
Spam or UCE (Unsolicited Commercial Email)
Copyrighted MP3 files
IRC-related sites
Pornography or adult content
Sexually explicit products, services, or banners
Phishing or identity theft attempts
Links to any of the above
Violation of this policy may result in immediate service termination without refund. Softsys Hosting reserves the right to determine policy violations and may report infractions to law enforcement, including the FBI and Software Piracy Association. File distribution and site mirroring services are prohibited.
Softsys Hosting enforces a zero-tolerance policy for spam and UCE. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Sending unsolicited emails without recipient consent
Using falsified email addresses on our network
Referencing our servers in spam emails
Sending spam through our network
Accounts violating this policy may be terminated immediately without refund. Additionally, Softsys Hosting may charge a minimum $100 penalty per reported spam email and report violations to relevant service providers and law enforcement agencies.
Opt-out mailing lists are not allowed. All mailing lists must be confirmed opt-in, ensuring recipients have explicitly requested to receive emails. An automated unsubscribe option must be included in all mailings.

Excessive use of system resources (CPU, bandwidth, memory) can negatively impact other users. Clients are responsible for managing their scripts and applications.
Softsys Hosting may suspend or terminate accounts using excessive resources without notice, especially if they cause harm to the server/network. Common high-usage applications include bulletin boards and chat scripts, which are not allowed on shared hosting.
Hacking, unauthorized access, or any attempt to harm Softsys Hosting servers or network is strictly prohibited. Violators will be reported to the FBI or law enforcement.
Reselling shared hosting space is not allowed. If you wish to resell hosting, use our reseller program, which provides separate accounts for each domain.
Softsys Hosting may offer bundled add-ons within reasonable limits. Abuse of these add-ons (e.g., excessive KVM-over-IP requests) may lead to restrictions or additional charges.
If you sell goods or services using Softsys Hosting, you are solely responsible for all transactions, including:
Payment processing
Product warranties and guarantees
Delivery and customer service
Softsys Hosting does not provide warranties or assurances for third-party transactions.
Violating these policies may result in immediate service termination and a fine of up to $100 per violation. Softsys Hosting reserves the right to take legal action or report violations to appropriate authorities.
By using Softsys Hosting, you agree to these terms. Failure to comply may result in account suspension, termination, or financial penalties.
