If you're not the account owner but require access to the Softsys Hosting Member Portal, and the person originally in charge is no longer with your company, follow the steps below to request access:

To verify your authority and protect account security, we require the following:

  1. Authorization Letter
    Provide a letter from your company’s CEO or authorized executive, stating that you are now the designated person responsible for managing the Softsys Hosting account.
  2. Official Company Email
    The letter must be sent from an email address that uses your company’s official domain (e.g., yourname@yourcompany.com).
  3. Include These Details in the Letter:
    • Full name of the new authorized person (you)
    • Job title and contact details
    • Reason for the access transfer
    • Confirmation that the previous account holder is no longer with the company
    • Request to update records accordingly
