Taking Over Account Responsibility Without Current Access

If you are taking over management of a Softsys Hosting account but currently do not have login access, please follow the steps below to securely authorize the ownership transfer.

 

✅ Requirements to Authorize Account Access:

  1. CEO Authorization Letter
    Submit a signed letter from your company’s CEO confirming the transfer of account ownership. The letter must:

    • Clearly state that you are authorized to take over the account.

    • Include your full name and the email address that should be used.

    • Be sent from an email address using the company’s official domain (e.g., you@yourcompany.com).

  2. Company Email Address
    The new contact email must use the company's domain name. Personal or free email addresses (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo) will not be accepted.

  3. Masked Credit Card Image
    To verify the billing source, provide a photo of the credit card that will be used:

    • The middle 8 digits should be masked (e.g., 1234---5678).

    • Ensure the cardholder's name and the last 4 digits are clearly visible.
