If you've updated your payment method but the payment did not go through, please note:

 

🔹 If the update was made after the due date, the system will not attempt to charge it automatically.

🔹 Automatic payment attempts occur only until the invoice is generated.

 

👉 In this case, you'll need to manually process the payment through your billing portal.

 

If you need help with making the manual payment or encounter any issues, feel free to contact by submitting a ticket with the billing department.
