Catch-all email accounts—configured to receive all emails sent to invalid or non-existent addresses on a domain—can significantly increase the risk of receiving high volumes of spam. This not only compromises email reliability but also puts an excessive load on shared email servers.
To maintain optimal server performance and protect the email ecosystem for all users, we do not support catch-all email accounts on our shared email servers.
If you require catch-all functionality for specific use cases, it is available on our VPS (Virtual Private Server) plans, where resources are isolated and managed independently.
High volumes of unsolicited emails (spam)
Increased risk of mail queue congestion
Greater resource usage impacting other users
Higher chance of blacklisting due to spam traps
For better security and performance, we recommend creating specific email addresses or using email forwarding rules as alternatives.
