VPS and/or dedicated server, if you have selected only operating system while placing your order then PHP will not be pre-installed on it. You can feel free to install PHP in your server as you want.
If you have selected any hosting control panel like (WebsitePanel, cPanel, etc.) with VPS or dedicated server then PHP will be pre-installed on it.
