Use the system administrator credentials to log into the SmarterMail web interface.
Click on the domain name for which you want to enable DKIM.
Click Manage, then select Impersonate to access domain-level settings as the default domain administrator.
In the impersonated view, navigate to Domain Settings.
Locate the Email Signing option under Domain Settings and click on Enable.
This action will automatically generate the DKIM DNS records.
Once enabled, SmarterMail will provide:
Text Record Name
Text Record Value
These are the DNS TXT records that need to be added to your domain’s DNS zone.
Access your DNS management panel (e.g., through your domain registrar or hosting provider) and add the provided TXT record using the Name and Value generated by SmarterMail.
Important: DNS propagation may take some time. After adding the record, return to SmarterMail and verify DKIM status once DNS changes have propagated.
