Steps to Enable or Disable Graylisting in SmarterMail 16

Follow the steps below to manage the graylisting setting in your SmarterMail dashboard:

  1. Log in to SmarterMail as Domain Administrator
    Open your web browser and log in to your SmarterMail 16 dashboard using your domain administrator credentials.

  2. Access Your Domain Settings
    Once logged in, locate and click on the domain name for which you want to manage graylisting settings.

  3. Navigate to Email Settings
    Scroll down the domain settings page until you find the Email section.

  4. Enable or Disable Graylisting

    • To disable graylisting, toggle the Graylisting slider to the left (off position).

    • To enable graylisting, toggle the slider to the right (on position).

Notes:

  • Changes take effect immediately.

  • Disabling graylisting may result in an increase in spam emails.

By adjusting graylisting settings, you can better control how email is filtered for your domain, helping to balance spam protection with email delivery performance.
