Upgrading or downgrading your hosting plan with Softsys Hosting is a simple process that can be completed through the members portal. Follow the steps below to modify your hosting plan based on your requirements.
Log in to Your Account
Visit the Softsys Hosting Members Portal.
Enter your credentials to log in.
Access Your Services
Navigate to Services → My Services.
Select the Product to Upgrade/Downgrade
Locate the hosting service you want to modify.
Click the View Details button next to the relevant product.
Choose the Upgrade/Downgrade Option
Click on Management Actions → Upgrade/Downgrade (to change the hosting plan).
OR Click on Management Actions → Upgrade/Downgrade Options (to modify the configurable options of an existing plan).
Complete the Checkout Process
Review the available upgrade or downgrade options.
Proceed to checkout and complete the payment of the generated invoice.
VPS HDD Space Cannot Be Downgraded
Any additional HDD space purchased for Windows or Linux VPS cannot be removed later.
Once added, the HDD space remains for the server's lifetime.
