Late Fee Policy for Overdue Invoices

Please note the following late fee policy, which will be automatically applied to overdue invoices:

  • If an invoice remains unpaid past the due date, a late fee will be added to the invoice.

  • Customers must pay the total amount, including the late fee, to reactivate the suspended service.

To avoid service disruption, ensure timely payments before the due date. For any billing concerns, please contact our Billing Support Team.
