In order to save our shared mail server IP's from being blacklisted by popular spam databases and in order to avoid misuse of our servers, Mailing Lists are NOT supported on our shared/reseller hosting accounts. However, Mailing List support is available for VPS customers who will be having their own mail server instance on their VPS.
