Weekly backups are included free with Premium VPS' and chargeable for Economy VPS whereby entire VPS VHD file is backed up on weekly basis to a separate backup server. This is strictly for disaster recovery process and has no SLA attached with it. Recovery of individual VHD files is available at a charge of $100 per incident (in case of server hardware failure, recovery is available at no additional charge). You will need to get in touch with sales department in order to request restoration of VHD file from weekly backups.We do strongly recommend customers to have their own set of backups (either by using our daily backups addon or by using third party backup services).
