Access the SmarterMail 16 web interface and log in using your domain administrator credentials.
Once logged in, locate and click on the domain name that contains the email account you want to delete.
Inside the domain dashboard, click the Manage button to access management options for the selected domain.
Click on the Impersonate button. This opens the user management interface where you can view and manage all email accounts under the domain.
You will now see a list of all email accounts associated with the domain.
Click to select the email account you want to delete.
Then click the Delete button.
A confirmation prompt will appear:
Click Delete to permanently remove the email account.
Click Cancel if you want to abort the deletion process.
Once confirmed, the email account will be permanently deleted and removed from the list of user accounts.
Deleted email accounts cannot be recovered unless a backup exists.
