📧 Mail Server Settings for Softsys Hosting

If your email is hosted with Softsys Hosting, you can configure your mail client (such as Outlook, Thunderbird, or Apple Mail) using the settings below.

✅ Standard Mail Server Settings

• Incoming Mail Server (IMAP/POP3): mail.yourdomain.com

  • IMAP (non-SSL): Port 143

  • IMAP (SSL): Port 993

  • POP3 (non-SSL): Port 110

  • POP3 (SSL): Port 995

• Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com

  • SMTP (non-SSL): Port 25 or 587

  • SMTP (SSL): Port 465

• Username: username@yourdomain.com

• Password: (as configured in the control panel)

📌 Additional Notes

• Use IMAP if you want to access email across multiple devices.

• Use POP3 if you prefer downloading emails to one device.

• SSL/TLS encryption is recommended for security.

• Some Internet Service Providers (ISPs) block or restrict third-party SMTP servers.

  • If you encounter issues sending emails, try using your ISP’s SMTP server instead.
