How to Modify Mail Domain Disk Space Quota in SmarterMail

1. Log in to SmarterMail as Domain Administrator

Access the SmarterMail 16 dashboard and log in using your domain administrator credentials.

 

 

2. Select the Domain

From the dashboard, locate and click on the domain name for which you want to adjust the disk space limit.

3. Set the Disk Space Quota

  • In the domain settings, find the field labeled:
    Disk Space MB (0 = Unlimited)

  • Enter the desired disk space limit in megabytes.
    For example:
    2048 MB = 2 GB

💡 Note: Setting the value to 0 means unlimited disk space.

4. Save Your Changes

After setting the new quota, click the Save button to apply the updated disk space limit to the domain.
