Quick answer: Log in to the client area, open Services > My Services, select the service you want to change, and use the Upgrade/Downgrade option to move to a larger plan, or the Addons option to attach an extra. Any price difference is invoiced automatically, and most changes apply once paid.
Go to Services > My Services and click the service. Choose Upgrade/Downgrade, pick the new plan, and confirm. An invoice for the difference is generated; once paid, the upgrade is applied, and your data and settings remain intact.
On the same service page, open the Addons section to add extras such as additional resources, backups, or an SSL certificate. Select the addon, confirm, and pay the invoice to activate it.
Will upgrading cause downtime?
Most resource upgrades apply with little or no interruption, and your data is preserved. Our team can schedule larger changes with you.
Can I downgrade later?
Downgrades are possible, though some resources such as disk size may have limits - contact our team if unsure.
