(Licensing for cPanel/Plesk is not included.)
Web & Database Server Configuration
Support for IIS, Apache, DNS, Mail Server, SmarterMail, MS SQL, and MySQL.
OS Updates & Security Patching
Routine patching to keep your server secure and up-to-date.
Server Hardening & Security Audits
Includes proactive security checks and hardening.
Reverse DNS Configuration
Assistance with rDNS setup for IP addresses.

The following are not covered under the Fully Managed service and may incur additional charges:
Issues caused by misconfiguration or non-standard changes made by the customer.
Charged at $75–$125/hr for custom support.
Problems due to third-party software bugs (should be handled directly with the vendor).
Application-level issues or problems with software not maintained by Softsys (e.g., custom code, third-party CMS/apps).
Anything not explicitly listed in the "included" section is considered outside the scope of this service.
