Log in to SmarterMail 16 with your email account credentials (not as a domain administrator).
From the main SmarterMail dashboard:
Click on Settings in the left-hand menu.
Then select Account from the options.
In the Account settings, click on Change Password.
Old Password: Enter your current password.
New Password: Type your new desired password.
Confirm New Password: Re-enter the new password to confirm.
Once you've entered the required fields, click Save to apply the changes.
Use a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.
Make the password at least 8-12 characters long.
Avoid using easily guessable information like names or birthdays.
