You can manage already created Virtual Machine for performing various steps like Start / Stop / Reboot VPS by following below steps:
1) Login to VPS Web Management Panel.
2) Click on Virtual Private Servers - Refer 1.png
3) Click on VPS Name - Refer 2.png
4) You will find options to start / stop / reboot VPS on this page - Refer 3.png
