How to reset admin user password in SmarterMail.

1. Log in to SmarterMail as Domain Administrator

Log in to the SmarterMail 16 dashboard using your domain administrator credentials.

 

2. Navigate to Administrator's Settings

In the left-hand menu, go to Settings and then click on Administrators.

3. Select the Admin User

In the right-hand pane, find and click on the admin user whose password you need to reset.

4. Change the Admin User Password

Click the Change Password button. A new prompt will appear.

 

5. Enter New Password

  • New Password: Enter the new password for the admin user.

  • Confirm Password: Re-enter the new password to confirm it.

6. Save the Changes

Click the Save button to apply the new password.
