Log in to the SmarterMail 16 dashboard using your domain administrator credentials.
In the left-hand menu, go to Settings and then click on Administrators.
In the right-hand pane, find and click on the admin user whose password you need to reset.
Click the Change Password button. A new prompt will appear.
New Password: Enter the new password for the admin user.
Confirm Password: Re-enter the new password to confirm it.
Click the Save button to apply the new password.
