How to reset administrator/root password of virtual machine

Please follow below steps after logging into members portal at http://members.softsyshosting.com 

1) Click on My Services
2) Click on View Details beside Cloud VPS plan
3) Click on "Reset Root Password" to reset root password of your virtual machine
