Automatic Move from Premium VPS packages (http://old.softsyshosting.com/Windows-VPS-HyperV-old.aspx) to Economy VPS packages (http://www.softsyshosting.com/windows-vps.aspx or http://www.softsyshosting.com/managed-windows-vps.aspx or http://www.softsyshosting.com/ssd-windows-vps.aspx) is not possible due to differences in setup up and service levels. Hence, this will be required to be handled manually by customer. If you want us to perform manual migration of your data, we can provide these services at custom migration charge starting from $299 - this is handled by our migration expert staff at scheduled date / time (all data + settings will be migrated but there may be IP address change involved). There are no pro-rated refunds but management may consider providing service credits in few select cases (like when multi-year payments greater than 1 year are prepaid) at its own discretion for existing VM's in case customers opts to move.
