All VPS served under the "Semi-Managed" service level will include management of the below services ONLY:
➔ Initial Setup (Server Provisioning)
➔ Managed backups of VPS Image (30 GB)
➔ 24x7 Monitoring (monitoring port 80 on default IP to ensure server uptime)
➔ Operating System Updates
➔ Troubleshooting Host Server Network Issues
➔ Reverse DNS Setup Any other configuration, setup, and day-to-day management issues should be handled directly by the customer and it is NOT covered under "Semi-Managed" service level.
In case you would like us to look into such kinds of server issues (not mentioned above), this will be charged at $40/hr (minimum 1-hour billing). Please note that looking into any kind of coding issues is charged at $95/hr. Furthermore, all third-party software-specific support is to be obtained directly from the relevant software vendor by VPS customers.
