What services are covered under the "Semi-Managed" VPS plan?

The Semi-Managed service level includes management of the following:
Initial Setup – Server provisioning
Managed Backups – VPS image backups (30GB)
24/7 Monitoring – Port 80 uptime monitoring
OS Updates – Operating system patches & updates
Network Troubleshooting – Host server network issues
Reverse DNS Setup

What is NOT covered under Semi-Managed VPS?

Customers are responsible for all other configurations, setups, and daily management tasks.

 

 

Can I request additional server management services?

Yes, additional services are available at:
$50/hr for general server issues (minimum 1-hour billing)

VPS customers must contact software vendors directly:
