Does Windows VPS Provide File Manager?

Windows VPS includes a built-in File Explorer, just like a regular Windows system. For web-based file management, you’ll need a control panel like Plesk or SolidCP. You can also use RDP or FTP for remote file access.

Can I signup without Domain name / Host name?

You can sign up for a VPS without a domain name or host name. The host name is simply for identification and can be anything, with no need for a working domain during sign-up.

Can I reboot VPS from VPS Management Area?

You can reboot, pause, and shut down your Windows VPS from the VPS Web Management panel. We provide SolidCP and WebsitePanel for easy VPS management.

Can I purchase additional IP addresses with Windows VPS?

You can purchase additional IP addresses for your Windows VPS at any time, either during sign-up or later through the member’s portal. The cost for each IP is $3 per month.

Do you install any antivirus protection in Windows VPS?

By default, Softsys Hosting does not pre-install antivirus protection on Windows VPS. However, you can install any antivirus software, or we can provide MalwareBytes Business Edition for $95.00 USD annually.
