How to Check Email Account Reports in SmarterMail

1. Log in to SmarterMail

Access the SmarterMail 16 web interface and log in using your email account credentials.

2. Navigate to the Reports Section

Once logged in, click on the Reports tab in the main navigation menu.

 

3. View Available Reports

In the Reports section, you can access the following data for your email account:

  • Disk Usage – Check how much storage your mailbox is using.

  • Incoming Messages – View the number of received emails.

  • Outgoing Messages – Track the number of sent emails.

  • Incoming Spam – See how many spam messages were detected.

  • Viruses Caught – View a record of emails blocked due to viruses.

4. Filter Reports by Date

To view reports for a specific time frame:

  • Use the date picker located at the top-right corner of the Reports page.

  • Select the desired date or range to filter the data accordingly.


Why Use Email Reports?

  • Monitor mailbox storage to avoid reaching limits.

  • Identify unusual spikes in incoming or outgoing traffic.

  • Track spam filtering effectiveness and email security.
