Quick answer: Log in to the client area, open Services > My Services, select the service, and choose the Request Cancellation option. Pick immediate or end-of-billing-term cancellation, add a reason if asked, and submit. You will receive confirmation, and the service stops per your choice.
Sign in and go to Services > My Services. Click the service you wish to cancel, then choose Request Cancellation. Select the cancellation type - End of Billing Period to keep it running until the term ends, or Immediate to stop it now - optionally add a reason, and submit the request.
End-of-term lets you use the service you have already paid for until the period ends. Immediate stops it right away. Choose based on whether you still need the service in the meantime.
Will I get a refund?
Refund eligibility depends on the service and any money-back guarantee period. Check the terms or ask our billing team before cancelling if unsure.
Can I back up my data first?
Yes - always take a backup before an immediate cancellation, as data may be removed once the service ends.
